MercyMe

Rapid City, SD

South Dakota you guys were awesome. We’ll see you again next time!

A Singalong

So, I haven’t talked to these guys about this yet, but I had an idea last night that I’d like to try.  I’m thinking of getting all four of these guys in a room to play a song together and capture it on video for you.  There are so many people on this tour it’s hard to nail down a group of guys and actually do something organized, but I think we can pull it off.

Here’s what I need from you guys.  I need you to suggest some songs for these guys to play in the comments so they can look through them all and come up with a good one.  Then hopefully later today I’ll get them to go over it and we can put it up here.

So let’s hear it.  What songs do you want Mike from MercyMe , Matt Maher, Josh Havens from The Afters, and Steve Mason from Jars of Clay to play?

Ready?  Go.

Introducing MercyMe

Over the next few days we’ll be introducing the artists performing at the 2011 Rock & Worship Roadshow. For the past three years MercyMe has headlined The Roadshow, and this year we are honored to welcome back Billboard Magazine’s 2010 Artist Of The Decade and recent American Music Award winners.  With MercyMe’s energetic and worship filled performance you’re sure to be leaving The Roadshow inspired.

We’ve all got our different favorite MercyMe songs, but this time we are turning it you guys.  Let’s hear some of your favorite songs that MercyMe has written over the years.  Leave your favorite songs in the comments.   Check back on this blog and we’ll be discussing the other artists on the tour.
