Admission to the Roadshow is first come first serve. Therefore, the earlier you show up the better to gain admission. Concert goers will be admitted entrance into the building until the fire marshall deems the venue is at capacity.
Yes, due to stipulations set forth by American Airlines Center a ticket is required for you to attend the Roadshow. You may obtain your $10 ticket, in advance, by visiting the American Airlines Center box office between the hours of 10a – 5p Monday – Saturday. Note: no additional box office fees will be assessed over the $10 ticket.
Or, if you choose, you may purchase a $20 ticket at ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. $20 tickets are also available via Ticketmaster outlets at Fiesta Foods, Macy’s, Wal-Mart and the Shops at Willowbend. Note: no additional fess will be assessed by Ticketmaster over the $20 ticket fee.
All seats will be reserved/assigned whether you purchase the $10 or $20 ticket.
Cash or check ONLY is accepted at the door for admission. You may use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise. Checks should be made out to “The Rock & Worship Roadshow.”

The Roadshow admission policy is on a first come first serve basis. Becoming a Roadshow VIP allows you early admission into the venue to secure the seat of your choice, a commemorative Roadshow VIP t-shirt and laminate along with a voucher to receive a discount on Rock & Worship Roadshow merchandise purchased at the concert.
We recommend purchasing your VIP package at least two weeks prior to the concert to allow time for processing and shipping. However, you are able to purchase anytime up until the day of the concert.
No, the VIP package is non-transferrable. You may be required to show ID at the door.
You will be emailed a confirmation of your purchase. A copy of your confirmation of purchase, t-shirt, laminate and merchandise voucher will be mailed to you upon completion of purchase. Please allow two weeks for processing and shipping.
No worries. Print your email confirmation which includes a unique barcode and you will be scanned in at the VIP entrance. You will still receive your VIP package in the mail.
The VIP entrance will open 1 hour prior to the general admission doors. Meaning you will have 1 hour to enter the building and secure your seats before the doors are opened for general admission seating. For example, if you are attending a show that has a scheduled door time of 5:00p, then you are able to enter the VIP entrance anytime between 4:00-5:00p.
The VIP doors will be clearly marked outside of the venue.
Keep in mind, if you do not enter the venue through the VIP doors during the scheduled time we cannot guarantee you will have the seat of your choice once general admission doors open and/or should the venue be considered at capacity per local fire marshal’s determination.
As a VIP, you are able to secure the seat of your choice prior to those who will be attending under our general admission policy. However, should you vacate your seats once general admission patrons enter the venue we cannot guarantee those seats for you.
The only way to guarantee your seat is to arrive during the allotted time for early VIP entrance.
Due to the general admission nature the local fire marshal has the final say when the doors will be closed due to venue capacity. In the event the venue is determined to be full, no one will be allowed to enter the venue. This is beyond the Roadshow’s control. Therefore, the only way to guarantee your seat is to arrive before the doors are opened to the general admission concertgoers.
Yes, due to requirements stipulated by American Airlines Center you will need a ticket for entrance into the venue the day of the concert. You will not need to arrive early as your ticket is guaranteed since you will have an assigned seat. If tickets do not arrive in your VIP package they will be sent separately and will arrive prior to the concert. For this concert only we will require that your VIP package purchase be made no later than one week prior to the event. Currently we are waiting for American Airlines Center to release the tickets to us.
