The Beginning: 2010

Day one of The Roadshow has finally arrived. Since the end of The Roadshow 2009, we have been planning and brainstorming new ways to make this year’s tour bigger and better. Needless to say we are a little excited to put these ideas into action and let you, the audience, participate with a tour like nothing else you’ve ever experienced. That’s right I said, “participate with.” Whether you are here at a show, following The Roadshow on twitter, a fan on Facebook, watching the live stream and chatting with new and old friends, we want you guys to be a part of what we are doing. Last year we were able to build of community of people who came together through The Roadshow and our goal this year is to make that community larger. To help with that we added The Roadshow on Foursquare, so make sure to check yourself in and see who else is attending the event with you.

Like I said, we are excited for the tour and we will be sharing new ideas and cool toys as we get to them. But for now, let’s get ready to rock and worship.

  1. Lord thank you that you have been so amazing through the process of preparation! Now we ask that you would protect each one involved, band and crew, as they perform each night, travel, set up and tear down. Lord may this ministry in every moment be what You intended it to be. We ask that you would give wisdom and guidance each day. lord each night we know that there would be some that might come that may not yet have trusted in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins Lord, and we ask that You would use this ministry Lord to show them that their most desperate need is Christ. That nothing they can do will substitute fo His work on the cross. Lord, we also know that their are those in the body of Christ that need Your work in their life, that need more intimacy with you. Lord we ask that if they might come one night, that You might see fit to use this ministry to reach them so that they would remember that You are their sufficiency regardless of their circumstance, that your promises are true. Lord thank you for each person involved int his ministry and for the fact that they siad “yes” when You asked themt o do this. THank you that You would ask any of us to be a part of what Youa re doing. We are amazed by Your constant grace towards us. AMEN
