You may have noticed something a little different tonight during MercyMe’s set. Robby Shaffer, the drummer for MercyMe could not be found on found onstage, in his place was Jason Jamison of Tenth Avenue North. Robby was not here tonight because he just became the proud new father of a baby girl. Bart said they would give him a few days off. That was nice of him.
This video is just a small taste of Jason rocking out with MercyMe.

Thats Awesome, He Did An Amazing Job. And Congrats To Robbie and His Wife.

Somehow I don’t think Robby felt he needed Bart’s permission to take a few days off =) or is that just me?

This was so awesome! I can’t say enough on how I was uplifted. To hear, sing, praise, worship with all the thousands and have these awesome groups bring their ministry was fantastic. I don’t have enough superlatives. The groups were so deep in their faith- I will think about their witness for a long time with a smile on my face and a hope in my heart.
