30 seconds after MercyMe finished their set in Fresno, CA, we gave Bart Millard a flip video to share his thoughts about the show. No polished speeches, no rehearsals, just his immediate reaction to the show.

The show was awesome!!! It was the first time my husband and I attended a christian concert and loved every minute of it. We also took a friend of ours who loved it as well. I had been waiting for this night for the past 2 months and am so glad we made it. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone on tour and all staff behind the scenes. Fresno Fans were awesome in keeping the show alive all do to all the great performances:) We all can’t wait for next years show!!!!!! Good bless everyone:)
This was my favorite concert of all time! I had never seen Mercy Me or Jeremy Camp and it wasn’t just a concert. You made it a worship experience! I felt like I worshiped with friends all evening! Thanks!
AWESOME SHOW! I was blown away by how good it was. I knew the bands were great but I thought it would be a stripped down version for $10. NOPE! It was a full-on rock show. I am so glad I went. It was the best concert I’ve ever been to and I wish it were playing somewhere else in the state so I could go! Way to go, guys! God bless this ministry for years to come.
What an amazing show. if there was a non-believer in the crowd when the show started, they were believers by the end. God touched everyone. My hope is we will all take this renewed spirit and soul refreshing and go take the gospel everywhere we go. I can’t wait to see the show next year.
You guys were awesome. We brought our Three year old son to see you as his first concert. When you came on stage he started Jumping around. God bless you in your journey spreading his word.
We drove to Fresno from Visalia, and all of you brought the house down! It was truely an amazing concert!! I felt blessed to be there. What you are doing is selfless.. my hope is that God will continue to move people through your ministry and music. God bless all of you on your tour.. I can’t wait for next year!!!
Just cannot wait for Dallas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And…as a huge Addison Road fan…thanks for including them in this tour!!!
Thanks for such an AMAZING concert!!! I am a student leader in the Life Hurts, God Heals ministry at our church in Fresno and we brought some students with us. We were all blown away by the energy of the bands and the crowd. All the bands sounded awesome live! Thanks for all that you guys are doing and may God continue to bless you and your families! I highly recommend everyone see this show – it was not just a rockin’ concert-it was an insane worship experience. Please, please, please come back to Fresno!!!
Carriers of the message – what an awesome event – worshiping with other believers – very cool. Hope all the bandmembers and their assistants got what we all got out of it. Very beautiful

Last Nights concert was Awesome! My Arms haven’t been this sore since the Billy Idol Concert many many moons ago! LOL Praise the LORD! You all blessed myself and my friends. This concert was practically free it felt more as a gift from God!Thank you all! We also got right in and found a great seat in a sold out place. God so great! & 5 bands to worship too Wow! the place was packed 14,000 people! I was standing next to an Amish women loving the Lord and children dancing and singing Jeremy’s and Mercy Me pretty much every ones songs. Now I’m wanting to go camping in LA for the 3 days of worshiping God for the Spirit West Coast July30-Aug1
So I hope to see you again there. Look what you’ve all started more fire under me for Jesus! God bless you all! Rhonda from California (Retired Navy Vet) but I’m just one more disciple for God now! Uh Rah!
I attended with my husband who really didn’t want to go, once there he loved every minute of it and talked about it all the way home. We left right before Mercy Me finished up and missed the last song done without music, can anyone help what was that song my friend said it was awesome but doesn’t know the song.
I lost my oldest and dearest brother to suicide 4 years ago this month the song I can only Imagine has a personal meaning to mean. Thank you soooo much to Mercy Me!!!!! It was an awesome concert and appreciate everyone efforts
I attended the concernt in fresno and it was amazing. At first I didn’t want to wait in the long lines because I didn’t think we were going to get in, but let me tell you I’m so glad I waited. The Holy Spirit moved in the SaveMart Center last nite. Thank the Lord.
*This is from a blog I wrote about the Fresno show*
I’ve got sooo much to say!!!! I was there in Fresno!!!! This was the 10th time I’ve seen MercyMe, second time to see Jeremy Camp, Third time to have seen Hawk Nelson, and first time to have seen Tenth Ave North and Addison Road. I drove 2 hours to be there. My friend and I got there at 7:30am, we left Stockton at 5am, oiy! We thought we were the only cheeseballs, until we found a group of people who spent the night and who’d been there since 9pm on Sat. Made me feel a little less crazy. An hour before the doors opened, the line was already around the corner and down the street. The dumb security guard told us that we couldn’t have cameras and they’d be confiscated, so I hiked back to my car to put them away…only to see everyone inside with cameras…not happy but what could I do? Once the gates opened, I made a mad dash and got second row seats…almost center, slightly to the right (right in front of Mike from MercyMe). Unbelieveable seats…the best seats I’ve ever had! The record crowd of 13,700 did the wave 5 times and stopped only when Addison Road started playing. They had to drop the back drop, so that they could put people in those seats behind the stage…it was incredible and wild. In between artists some of the MM guys would come out and talk. I was holding up a sign that said “MM-slob and MMOB…only MM and those on their blogs would understand that sign. But Bart saw it and pointed at me and smiled. Then later Mike came out and was throwing these cards into the audience which allowed you to buy our concert cd with pics from our concert online. On the last one, he said this is for the girl with the sign (meaning me), but it over shot me and the people who caught it kept it…but I appreciate the thought though. When Hawk Nelson played, Jason came down into the audience, he stepped up onto the seat in front of me and tripped, almost falling on me…but he recovered and stepped on my chair to the row behind me and stayed there. I’ve never been that close to an artist when they come into the audience…that was pretty awesome! When MM started, I was like…I’ve been waiting two years to see them again…this is going to be awesome. The crowd was crazy, they jumping and dancing….Bart was amazed and often stopped singing and would just smile…he said on his blog that this was the best concert they’ve ever done. It was like magic. Of course since I watch all of their concerts online, I knew each song and the order…it was awesome. It was the best worship I’ve had in a while….but I think it’s because I told myself to not look at it like a concert, but rather as a time when I can get one on one with God, which has been difficult for me lately. All in all, it was a great concert.
To: LIBRARYTEC The song MercyMe sang at the end (acapella style) if i am not mistaken (i love this song too) I LOVE YOU LORD (not so sure of the title but it’s a meaningful song sang very very often in all Christian Churches) Im sure you can get the lyrics online. Not a very hard song to sing …but really really meaningful. Hope I answered your question. I love you Lord
And I Lift my voice
To Worship You Oh my Lord
Rejoice
Take joy my King
In what you see
Make me sweet sweet sound
In your ear
God Bless!
TO: ALL THE BAND MEMBERS,CREW MEMBERS,FAMILY MEMBERS…
Bless Y’all as you continue to rock the HOUSE OF THE
LORD! We pray for the Holy Spirit to cover y’all as
you continue your journey. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! FROM
THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!
What a night. I attended with my boyfriend and a ‘mom friend’ who is about 70 years old. It was loud for her sometimes, but she loved it!! It was a fabulous night, well worth the lines. There were young adults near me that I am quite sure did not leave the same as they came. Thank you to all of the Rock and Worship Roadshow. I am passing to my family back east to be sure to go when it comes to their town! Blessings to you!
How awesome to have that many people come together to praise and worship. I have been watching the concerts online and chatting with all my new friends. It is such a blessing to be a part of all of this. You all are the best!
What an awesome worship experience! My husband and I and our 4 kids all attended. We would have come if the tickets were far more but @ $10 each it definitely helped make it easier. I hope the RAWRS will become an annual thing. The whole ministry will be in my prayers. More people need to experience the way God moved like He did in Fresno last night. Getting in line @ noon and waiting was worth every single minute of it. God Bless MM and all the other artists! I am looking forward to more.
I absolutely cannot wait til Thursday in Baton Rouge! Donor pass and everything. Bless everyone on the tour!
CAme to the show with my soon to be 13 year old daughter, her friend and my friend and her daughter. This was the most amazing show I have ever been too. After waiting since 1030am we were in the 4th row. The Lords presence was definitely felt last night. It was amazing to see so many people there for one purpose. It was also amazing to see so many young people including my daughter praising the Lord. We can’t wait until next year! I would pay more to see it again!! AWESOME AWESOME!!! God Bless you all and you are in our prayers.
I came to your Las Vegas show. I am a single mom and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it affordable for me to experience the blessing of bringing my two young children to worship with you. While many days are so overwhelming in raising my children alone, that night, we had everything we needed and more. God bless you all.
Please add a tour date in Little Rock, Arkansas. Pleassssse.

Oh man, oh man! what an awesome show it was in Fresno, CA. I was heavely blessed with the music you guys brought. Thanks for coming. Cant wait till next year’s show!
Thank you for bringing the RWRS to Fresno. We rarely get go see CCM artists in such large venues. The South Valley seems to get all the good shows. We had a great time. Looking forward to seeing you again in 2010. Bart, the story about your son Sam really touched me. So much so, I registered to participate in the Fresno Walk to Cure Diabetes on June 6th. I’m trying to get a team together at my work (CBS 47/CBS47.tv). I encourage every person from the Valley who left a comment on this blog to participate in the Fresno Walk. Take care, guys. ~ Marietta
Thanks so much for leading worship. All you guys were awesome, the best concert that my family(wife and 2 boys) and I have attended. The concert in Dallas was such a glorious experience, we made last minute plans and drove to OKC to worship again on Saturday night. We are from San Antonio and the 7hr drive was no problem at all to be a part of such an amazing event.
GOD Bless and blessings for the rest of the tour,
Jim
